Day 5:
Welcome to day 5 of the 30/30 Meditation Program. Number 5 is associated with love and freedom of expression. Today I invite you to reflect on who (family, friends, pets, etc.) and what (work, hobbies, other callings) you LOVE. You are also invited to freely express your love (and any other emotions) you have toward these people, beings, and activities.

Day 4: Happy Monday! I hope that your Monday is going well and your week is off to a great start.
The number 4 is thought to be connected to order, practicality, and organizing. (You know I LOVE organizing!) I invite you to reflect on where you would like to bring more order and organization into your life. Identify some practical ways to invite order and organization into those areas that came up in your reflection. Day 3: Today is Sunday. Many people like to kick start new habits at the beginning of a week. Perhaps you have not been able to "get into" mediation on Day 1 or 2. Well today, Sunday - the beginning of the week - is a great day to jump in and start!
The number 3 has all kinds of spiritual connotations (mind/body/spirit, etc.). It is also associated with growth and moving forward. I invite you to reflect on the growth that you have experienced and the areas in which you are moving forward. Day 2: This is Day 2 of the meditation program. I decided to look into some numerology to find some guiding themes for each day of the program. The number 2 is associated with duality, balance, stability, and intuition, There is also the notion that two can come together to invite in the divine or to be in agreement toward an intention. Consider the ways in which these two days are a coming together for your intentions for your meditation practice.
Comments are welcome! DAY 1: Today is the first day of the 30/30 Meditation Program! They say a journey of 1000 miles begins a with 1 step. And our meditation journey of 30 days (and beyond) begins with Day 1! Happy mediating today! How is day one going? WELCOME to the 30/30 Meditation Program (April 1-30, 2016)!
This program is designed for people who understand the positive benefits of meditation and want to cultivate a daily meditation practice. The program features daily meditation reminders and access to an encouraging online community that provides space for tracking progress and personal reflection. You can benefit from this program whether you are a meditation novice starting with just 1 minute per day to build up to 30 minutes over 30 days (yes, just 1 minute a day is a great start!), or you are more experienced and want to expand your practice to 30+ minutes of meditation per day for 30 days. The number of minutes is not as important as showing up and committing some time to mediating daily over the 30-day program (and beyond)! You will receive the following 30/30 Meditation Program materials and support tools:
I am delighted that you decided to join this program and become a part of this community! Sincerely, Kathryn T. Gines, Ph.D. Work.Life.Wellness.Balance.Bliss www.balance.ktgphd.com Twitter: @ktgphd Comments are welcome! |
