WELCOME to the 30/30 Meditation Program (April 1-30, 2016)!
This program is designed for people who understand the positive benefits of meditation and want to cultivate a daily meditation practice. The program features daily meditation reminders and access to an encouraging online community that provides space for tracking progress and personal reflection.
You can benefit from this program whether you are a meditation novice starting with just 1 minute per day to build up to 30 minutes over 30 days (yes, just 1 minute a day is a great start!), or you are more experienced and want to expand your practice to 30+ minutes of meditation per day for 30 days. The number of minutes is not as important as showing up and committing some time to mediating daily over the 30-day program (and beyond)!
