Welcome to day 23 of the 30/30 Meditation Program! Yesterday I invited you to think about what you WANT, DESIRE, and/or are PASSIONATE about.
Did you find it uncomfortable to identify your wants, desires, and passions? Did it feel too self-indulgent? If so, today I invite you to think about WHY it may have felt uncomfortable or self-indulgent (consider your family of origin, social norms, other influences from others, or even self)?
Perhaps it was not uncomfortable to identify your wants, desires, and passions. Maybe you have all kinds of journals and lists and dream boards full of your desires and passions - but you are not actually pursuing them. If this describes you, I would encourage you to think about what is holding you back from pursuing your passions? What are you afraid will happen (or not happen) if you identify and pursue your passions?
If you are not in either of the above categories, but rather you are living and pursuing your wants, desires, and passion – CONGRATS! I invite you to show yourself some love and appreciation for making this important aspect of your life a priority.
